Elaboration of an Urban Study in Vendas Novas on the grounds of the former Cork Factory and the former Mendonça Factory.

The land totals a total registered area of 53.478 m². The study gave rise to two urban subdivisions that guarantee the integration of a residential, commerce and services nucleus. The creation of large green spaces that surround the constructed area contributes to a significant improvement in the quality of life.
