After analysing, reviewing and validating the design for the Lisbon Cruise Ship Terminal (in partnership with the Spanish office JG Ingenieros), FOCUS GROUP was appointed to execute the project management during the construction phase, which was .

Inaugurated in late 2017, the Lisbon Cruise Ship Terminal is located on a stretch of riverfront between Doca da Marinha and the Santa Apolónia railway station and enjoys a privileged central location in the city.

The scope of work included analysing design documentation from a functional standpoint, the proposed building systems, and the compatibility between the designs of the various specialty construction trades, always with a view to optimizing construction, operating and maintenance costs.
