A former industrial space that has been remodelled and converted into an office building. One of the floors, with an area of 3,022 m², has been occupied by the telecommunications multinational Nokia, of which 1415 m² are used for a kitchen/cafeteria.

With capacity to make 600 meals simultaneously and a dining area with 350 seats, it also equiped with a canteen, support areas, locker rooms and toilets.
