The Urbanization Plan was prepared with a view to the functional and scenic use of the land, with a view to a subdivision consisting of 48 housing lots - 2-storey houses - services and equipment, integrated into the local environment.
The proposal favors the living and leisure space in residential areas, with the creation of one-way streets coexisting between pedestrians and cars.
