With a multidisciplinary team of architects, urban planners and landscapers, and more than 45 years’ experience in housing, tourism, health, education, justice, sports, offices and spatial planning, FOCUS GROUP provides integrated consultancy, design, project management and construction management services internationally.

FOCUS GROUP’s mission is to give its customers a single point of contact for multidisciplinary services in various business sectors and markets: a “One-Stop Solution”.
OUR HISTORY
FOCUS GROUP emerged in 2005 as an expansion platform by incorporating existing consulting and design companies with complementary skills, under a single corporate structure, creating a cluster of companies to boost production capacity and leverage access to new markets.
Subsequently, in 2014, these different operating companies were incorporated under a merger into FOCUS GROUP Design & Consultancy.
FOCUS GROUP International, established in 2010, was also kept to combine all of the international business, including exporting from Portugal, and local business pursuits in markets where it has affiliates, subsidiaries and/or partnerships.

FOCUS GROUP SGPS
FOCUS GROUP SGPS is a holding company which owns the FOCUS GROUP's companies in Portugal. Its mission is to be a benchmark in consultancy, design, project management and construction management services.
Since FOCUS GROUP SGPS has a 100% stake in all of the FOCUS GROUP's companies, the mission of its Board of Directors is to set strategic guidelines, manage the business, and be represented in the management of all of the group’s companies.

CAPE VERDE
Established in 2009, the Cape Verdean company FOCUS GROUP.CV provides integrated consultancy, design, project management and construction management services in Cape Verde. It is 90% owned by FOCUS GROUP (Portugal) and 10% owned by its manager, Ana Marta Clemente.
SÃO TOMÉ AND PRÍNCIPE
In São Tomé and Príncipe, FOCUS GROUP has provided integrated consultancy, design, project management and construction management services through a subsidiary of FOCUS GROUP INTERNATIONAL.
