The FOCUS GROUP won the public tender and is currently developing the project for 136 housing units at controlled costs promoted by the Municipality of Loures, with 14.280,00 m2 of construction area in 8 lots.

The proposal is based on the following principles: assume the principles of the study already developed for the site in terms of the proposed road layout; minimize earthworks, taking advantage of the natural topography of the land; protect housing volumes closer to the N/S Axis; orient housing volumes towards the best possible solar gains; unify the different volumes through pedestrian routes; interconnect the new housing complex with the surroundings and create new centralities in public spaces.
