The city of Viseu Soft Mobility Plan laid out a strategy for the city’s bicycle and pedestrian mobility, including integrated public and individual transport.

To consolidate the strategic guidelines of the Soft Mobility Plan from a spatial perspective, 9 kilometres of bicycle paths were introduced, including their installation, type and associated information and road signage.
