FOCUS GROUP participated in yet another public tender to design a collective housing complex under the SRU-19/003/CA/AQ Framework Agreement.

Comprising two buildings and 155 flats (studio to 4-bedroom), the complex contained 24,000 m² of built area.

​

The concept was based on the ability to re-create different realities, transforming public space into a multi-generational social laboratory in which buildings and green spaces complement each other.
