FOCUS GROUP won the public competition promoted by the Sintra City Council and is currently developing the project for a building for housing at controlled costs in Vale de Cambra, Sintra.

Consisting of 6 floors above ground and a parking basement, this building will have capacity for 15 dwellings divided into 7 T1, 6 T2 and 2 T3. The project was developed in full compliance with the Preliminary Program, particularly in terms of objectives relating to aesthetic quality and architectural identity, adaptation to the functional program and its integration into the surroundings.

 

The principles of sustainability were also considered, namely the environmental and future maintenance aspects and the financial feasibility of the project.
