FOCUS GROUP developed the designs and alteration of an existing building, originally designed to housing in an office and service building for the multinational REGUS.

 

With an area of 1.700 m2, fluid spaces and open space are privileged, allowing flexibility for the elaboration of individual cabinets. The solution of the facades establishes a vertical game between the various building blocks and the light passage openings, creating a rhythmic and harmonious facade.
