The Ecopista de Celorico de Basto greenway is part of the greenway of the old Tâmega railway line. It spans 30 kilometres through a rich, diverse and predominantly rural landscape in the municipality of Celorico de Basto.

In addition to surface improvements, several public spaces adjoining stations along the route were also rehabilitated, giving these areas support facilities for the greenway and for the daily urban life of local residents.
