Complex with 50 affordable housing units on a 2.700 m² site, incorporated into a previously consolidated urban area of Praia.

The buildings consist of four rectangular structures of 2 and 3-bedroom units, including two squares that make the complex visually permeable and open to pedestrian traffic.
