Composed of two plots of 42.700 m2 and an area of conquest to the sea of 85.000 m2 for the marina, a staggered intervention was defined, on platforms where, from the most urban limit (east) to the most maritime (west) the program's various buildings, public outdoor spaces, private spaces, channel and distribution spaces appear.

The project also included the concept design of all buildings (hotels, houses), leisure spaces and respective infrastructures.
