Located in Lisbon, on a plot of 2.600 m2, where there is currently a mansion with 780 m2 of construction, a chapel, garage and land with some outbuildings and trees, FOCUS GROUP recently presented a project for Licensing at the Lisbon City Council that foresees the change of the current use of the main building (from housing to services) while maintaining the respective urban, historical and architectural characteristics of the building.

It is also proposed the construction of a new building with around 1,000m2 also intended for services, fitting into the morphology of the site, connected to the main building through a basement tunnel, thus not damaging the image and identity of the main building and safeguarding its heritage values.

The appreciation of the patio and the experience in its green spaces is also reinforced, through an orange orchard and the reorganization of the sidewalks and gardens. The chapel will be subject to rehabilitation.
