Subdivision project for an area in urban expansion, promoting the improvement of a vacant urban development site, to provide a quality urban area for housing, services, retail, facilities and green spaces.

With a total area of 57,390 m², the aim was to create environmental value, respect the landscape value of the surrounding area, and minimize environmental impact.
