The FOCUS GROUP prepared a Request for Prior Information for an allotment operation for 72 homes, on land located in the municipality of Vendas Novas, which was approved.

The land consists of a mixed building, which integrates a rustic matrix and an urban matrix, totaling a total registered area of 55.732,70 m². The proposal, which took into account the use of the maximum potential of the construction area, foresees a maximum of 72 dwellings, distributed in 2-storey buildings.
